Picked at the very start of the season, when the olives are still young and green, our Gold Cap Extra Virgin Olive Oil represents the purest expression of the early harvest. Cold-pressed within hours, it is bold, grassy, and alive with intensity — a nutritional powerhouse naturally high in antioxidants and polyphenols.
