Cold-Pressed in Kefalonia

Our estate sits on the Paliki Peninsula in Kefalonia, where Koroneiki olive trees have grown in the same soil for centuries. We pick them by hand and cold-press them within hours to make a single-estate extra virgin olive oil with exceptional polyphenol levels and low acidity.

Every bottle of Ionian Gold olive oil is pressed and packed on site. What you pour at home is exactly what leaves our grove.

The Ionian Gold Estate

The Dellaporta estate dates back to around 1500, when our family first settled in the village that carries our name. The old house was built around a stone courtyard. Our family church, Agia Roggi, has stood nearby since 1650.

Today we farm the same land using biodynamic, low-intervention methods. We enrich the soil with natural compost, encourage pollinators, and let the seasons guide the harvest. The grove gives back what you put into it.
