About the oil

Every bottle of Ionian Gold is cold-pressed within hours of harvest on our family estate in Kefalonia.

Our oils are naturally high in polyphenols, with levels over five times what you'll find in most supermarket olive oils, and acidity well below the EU extra virgin limit.

We produce two presses each season, each with its own character, both made from hand-picked Koroneiki olives and bottled unfiltered on site.

Partner with us

We work with a small number of delis, restaurants, hotels and retailers across the UK who care about what they serve.

We keep minimum orders low and offer both bottles and refill pouches. Every partner gets POS materials, tasting notes and the full story behind our estate so your team can talk about the oil with confidence.
