In 2015, Nicholas Dellaporta and his sisters inherited a piece of family land in Kefalonia that hadn't been touched for over 70 years. The olive trees were overgrown. The soil was neglected. But the land was still there, and so was the family's connection to it.

It took nearly a decade to bring the estate back. Ancient Koroneiki olive trees were pruned back to their core. Five acres of vineyard were replanted. A kitchen garden was built on soil that hadn't been worked in generations. Everything is farmed biodynamically, with no chemicals and no irrigation.

The olive oil that comes from this land is unlike anything you'll find in a shop. Cold-pressed within hours, unfiltered, with polyphenol levels above 1000 mg/kg. Every batch is pressed and bottled on site in Kefalonia.

We started the Liquid Gold Club because we wanted people to have access to this oil regularly, not just as a one-off purchase. It's a monthly extra virgin olive oil subscription that comes directly from our family estate. Every refill is from the same harvest, the same trees, and the same land the Dellaporta family has farmed for over five hundred years.
