Tomatoes with Olive Oil

Overview
When tomatoes are perfectly ripe, very little is needed.
This simple Mediterranean dish celebrates the combination of tomatoes, salt and olive oil.
Ingredients
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove (optional)
- Sea salt
- 3 tbsp Ionian Gold Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Method
1. Cut tomatoes into halves or wedges.
2. Lightly rub a plate with garlic.
3. Arrange tomatoes on the plate.
4. Sprinkle with sea salt.
5. Finish with a generous drizzle of Ionian Gold olive oil.
